I was very pleased with the entire visit. The staff treated me like I was the only patient there. I especially liked the individual attention with regard to glasses selection and fitting. I heard nothing but good things about this office, and they were right! There’s a whole lot to be said about PERSONAL service to patients, as opposed to the large corporate practice that is only interested in volume patient population, and running people through as quickly as possible. Your office is doing it right! Don’t change a thing! I for one will be a “Word of Mouth” ambassador going forward. Thank you!
